1) The emphasis placed on getting my order actually shipped from the time I placed it on-line is superb, excellent, outstanding and much, much appreciative! 2) What was ordered vs. what was received was exact! 3) The quality of the product exceeded my expectations! The performance of my reel over the factory bearings is unbelievable! I absolutely had to tone-it-down a bit by engaging the brakes. 4) I couldn't be more pleased and will be purchasing again!
