ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Tell us briefly about your project. Is it a work of art or does it serve another function?

that video, done in 2008, try to introduce my work seen by Jo Pinto Maya. I was working then on a commission : " Francois, make me a car ". Of course, that car, "Leo" ( in remember of my grand father Leo, who makes me understand the hands & brain connections ) is to day on the UK's roads. When did you start working on this project and how long did it take you to complete?

Leo is 18 months project, 7 days a week, eight hours a day, completed.

What was your goal in building this project?

At last, does art need else that a good pretext ????

Does your project help to solve a problem? If so what problem?

With a couple of hands and a brain between, a very few tools, any human beeing is able to create anything. Your only limit is yourself ......

What makes your idea unique?

my own story and life

In what capacity are you using bearings and what type of bearings?

I mainly use bearings in my mechanicalms arts works you may find on my web site, energy and movement, wind players & co, searching the less frictiuons, using SS ZZ

What is the most important thing you want people to know about your project?
