CERAMIC AND STEEL BALLS
Starting from the rigorous testing of the wire for all necessary
parameters, ceramic and steel balls are produced in specially designed machines called Headder,
Flasher, Grinder and Lapper. Heat treatment is one of the most critical
operations which gives required strength & hardness. It makes the balls
tough and wear resistant. Different materials can be used and are outlined
