General Shipping Information

In-stock orders normally ship within 24 hours, 
excluding weekends and holidays.

 

Do you have some general shipping information?

 

We won't charge your credit card until your order is shipped. In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. However during times of heavy order volume (especially November and December), orders normally ship within 3-5 business days of when they were placed. Generally, all items on backorder or out of stock are marked as such on the site. All shipping transit times quoted are business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days. 


Free Shipping

 

Boca Bearings offers FREE SHIPPING on all retail orders in the USA & Canada. For orders under $100 we will ship the package via US Mail. For orders over $100 we will ship the package via UPS to ensure proper tracking. For most domestic orders, you can choose between US Mail & UPS. If your order ships via UPS you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships. You will also be able to view your order status and tracking numbers on the UPS website here. US Mail First Class and Priority Mail does not offer true package tracking information. Express Mail offers tracking but is not as reliable to international destinations or small towns without home delivery.

 

Expedited (UPS 2 Day, 3 Day and Next Day) and UPS Ground shipments are delivered Monday-Friday except on US Holidays. For orders shipping outside the U.S., we provide Fedex or UPS shipping. Your package will usually arrive within 3-5 business days and will have full door to door tracking. You will receive the tracking number in your shipping confirmation e-mail. You will probably be charged import taxes and fees for your order - please check with your customs office if you are unsure of these fees.


Expedited Shipping

 

What's the scoop about expedited shipping?

 

We have expedited shipping options available for domestic orders. This includes Next Day, 2-day, and 3-day shipping options. Orders must be placed before 1pm Eastern Time Monday-Thursday to receive expedited delivery in the time frame specified; and only if items are in stock. Expedited delivery orders received after 1pm Eastern Time or on Friday/Saturday/Sunday normally ship the next business day. Some orders may be subject to verification of billing/shipping information, and may be delayed because of this.

 

During times of heavy order volume, especially November and December, expedited shipments may take up to 3-5 business days to process and ship, and shipping dates cannot be guaranteed, so please plan accordingly. 

 

If your Shipping address is a P.O. Box, we cannot deliver via UPS, and your order will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Some orders may be subject to verification of billing/shipping information, and may be delayed because of this.


PO Boxes

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

 

We can ship to a PO Box if you choose to use US Mail for delivery. If your order is shipped via UPS or Fedex however, we are unable to ship to a PO Box. Boca Bearings is not responsible for delays or mis-shipments when a P.O. Box address is used.


APO/FPO Shipping

 

Can you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

 

We are able to ship to most APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot supply tracking numbers for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. We send all shipments to APO/FPO addresses using the U.S. Postal Service.

 

When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.

 

  • The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO"
  • The State must be selected as either "AA" "AE" or "AP"
  • You must enter your Zip code
  • Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number

 

Please note, orders shipped to an APO/FPO address do take longer to be delivered. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive.

How much is shipping?


Boca Bearings offer flate rate shipping on all retail orders for packages up to 1 pound. For wholesale account orders, or for packages weighing more than 1 pound, shipping costs will be determined at the packing stage. If you have any questions about the shipping costs please contact us directly at 1-800-332-3256 (1-561-998-0004.) The final shipping rate will depend on the total weight and where it is shipping. See below for our flat rate shipping costs, both domestic and international, for all packages up to 1 pound.

International Shipping

 

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

 

Absolutely. After placing items in your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout area. Complete the Shipping and Billing information, including selecting your country. If your country is not in our drop-down list, we are unable to ship orders to that country. We ship orders via US Mail, FedEx or UPS. The most reliable way to ship internationally is by UPS and Fedex. There are however, more duties and taxes associated with these carriers when the package arrives in your country. If you are not familiar with the customs laws and fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. US Mail is less expensive but in our experience, not as reliable because they are not the ones bringing the package to your doorstep. 

 

Please note that you may need to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, and handling fees to receive your order.

 

These additional fees are not collected or controlled by Boca Bearings. Also, you might be contacted by your local customs office concerning payment of customs fees, or to receive final delivery of your order. Customs processing of your shipment might cause delays in the delivery of your package. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs process and fee structure before you order - so you know what to expect. Please note that we prefer not to use the US Post Office for overseas shipments due to the lack of complete tracking information available from the Post Office, and because of the longer delivery times.

 

It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order!  



The shipping charges you pay to Boca Bearings do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to Boca Bearings and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.


Why isn't my country in your list?

 

We have chosen not to ship to some countries for a variety of reasons (our carriers do not deliver there, we have products that cannot be easily shipped to these countries or we have had a high rate of fraudulent orders coming from these countries). We appreciate your interest in Boca Bearings, and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
