The next steps in the Audi Power Wheels upgrade are the mounting bracketing for the gas pedal and steering potentiometer sensors. I am currently making test brackets to make proper fitting mounting locations for these sensors. Since I don’t have any models of the car, I am visually estimating hole locations.

Version 1 – upper hole is off by 2mm to the left and 2mm too high (side cut 2mm to large)

Version 2 – Perfect Fit

I have finished making the initial wiring diagram as it sits now. I used EasyEDA software that is available online as it is simple to use and free. I will be updating the wiring diagram with the new components after I finish the implementation design for them.
