Description
Peekaboo5, Ceramic hybrid bicycle bearing kits are specially designed for use with motorcycles, road/mountain bicycles and other demanding applications. Peekaboo5 bearings have high precision, grade 5, silicon nitride ceramic balls, extra hard chrome steel races, Boca’s exclusive Ultra dry Lube (UDL) coating, ABEC 5 tolerance races, a high speed Peek retainer, low friction rubber seals and Boca's exclusive low friction grease. Ceramic hybrids are lighter, have less rolling resistance and can sustain higher operating temperatures than traditional bearings. Reviewer : DavidDate : 8/7/2012All I can say is that going from steel bearing to Ceramic Bearing is a "No-Brainer"...A huge difference in coasting distants and a increase in speed on my Catrike 700 with the 16in,/345c front wheel Hybrid-Ceramic bearing upgrade!!!!....Note: I have been upgrading all of my past wheel projects with Boca Hybrid-Ceramic bearings which has been worth the investment!!!!
