These bearings are maintenance free and lubed for the life of the bearing. The heavy duty rubber seal provides extra protection against the harshest elements. Reviewer : SteveDate : 9/6/2013Thanks for the speedy delivery on the bike bearings. I'm training for races here in Denver and hopefully across the country, and I can already feel the difference. It's slight, however that's all it takes to win sometimes! It only took about 20 miles to break in the bearings and now it feels stiffer, lighter, and overall performs better than ever. I did accidentally order the wrong bearings for my front hub, but I found a friend who works for Jimmy Johns delivery who could use them. He can tell the difference as well! Thanks for the stickers as well. I only put companies who treat their customers well and provide an excellent product on my bikes and car, and you are one of them!
