Description
Stainless Steel, Ceramic Hybrid, Orange Sealed bearings are specially designed for any application seeking a high precision, free spinning bearing. These are the true secret weapon for serious rc racers and long distance casters. ABEC 7 tolerances makes the Orange Seal line the closest precision tolerance that Boca Bearings has to offer. The removable, non-contact rubber seals results in a bearing with less drag and that requires less maintenance than a typical shielded bearing. The Grade 5 ceramic Si3N4 balls will allow the bearing to be lighter and spin 50% faster than a traditional steel bearing. LD = Lube Dry Bearings have been clean and are free of all grease and Oils. Reviewer : MattDate : 5/30/2013Replaced the bearings on my Daiwa td h1. What a difference it made! I placed one drop of oil opposite of each other on one side of the bearing & placed it on the cone end of a pencil and spun it to get the oil in the bearing. After installing the bearings don't expect instant results. I had to fish the reel about 10 hours to break the bearings in. Yes you should notice better performance after using your reel several times after installing bearings. This reel is better than it ever was before. I can cast 1/8 ounce spinnerbaits 3 times further than before. I also used boca high speed oil for all my real bearings. It turned my older reel into a high performance reel. Great job Boca for your products and excellent service.
