Using ¾ inch Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) pipe, the frame for the body was measure 36X27X20in (length by width by height respectively). PVC was used because it is not only cost effective but lightweight and durable. After the PVC was cut to size it was assemble into a box frame using ¾ in joints as seen in figure 1.

Once the frame was assemble, corrugated plastic sheets were cut to size and zip tied onto the frame. Using painters tape I then taped off a grid pattern that would help give the body a “pixelated look” that would make it look like a Minecraft Cart. Using 3 different shades of grey I then spray painted the body as seen in figure 2. Next will be to fit the frame to the Go-Kart and apply one more shade of grey.
